Vivos Le Tanzmeister (none/they): Their Freestyle is rooted in styles such as House, Floorwork and Contemporary Dance. It lives in the realm of freedom, in presence and in sensing of the subtle, the pleasure and the pain of moving through this world. Working with imagination rooted in connection with the space, the sound and human and non-human presences in the room. Vivos works as a dancer, facilitator and community organizer in Vienna centering anti-discriminatory practises and QTBIPoC perspectives. Vienna-based Iranian oud player, vocalist, composer, and improviser Avin Ahmadi was born in 2004 in Tehran and has been active across the European and international music scene since 2023. With a strong foundation in Persian traditional music, Avin has shaped her own relationship with the oud rather than following established expectations. Growing up with an instrument that is often underestimated and narrowly defined, she challenges its inherited limitations and explores paths that had not been taken before. Her studies in jazz improvisation have added a subtle yet defining perspective to her approach, becoming an integral part of her artistic voice. Within this intercultural context, she has developed a clearly recognizable personal style, intertwining voice and oud into a singular expressive language. In 2025, her solo project “Qayeq – قایق “was selected as part of NASOM (New Austrian Sound of Music), through which she brought the project to numerous stages internationally. Since then, Avin has toured extensively with “Qayeq” across Europe, West Asia, North Africa, and England, alongside her other projects, including her EP Liminal and duo collaborations with Lorenz Widauer and Victoria Kirillova. Known for her solo and collaborative work, Avin brings an emotive, narrative approach to each performance. Shaped by her exposure to different musical cultures through collaborations with distinctive musicians worldwide, she shares a vivid, cross-cultural musical journey with her audiences. Dancer, Choreographer and curator Naïma Mazic founded the association more2rhythm and the n ï m company in 2016, with its first project and performance in Havana, Cuba. 2024 she was artistic director of LAKE Studios Berlin (Dance Research & Residency Center) and its SUBMERGE festival. She has been resident choreographer at K3Tanzplan Hamburg/Kampnagel, has an MA in Performance Studies fromNYU TISCH and studied at P.A.R.T.S., the Iceland Academy of Arts and at MUK /Conservatory Vienna. She was part of theHip Hop Continuum by Rennie Harris at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival USA, Urban Dance Project in Kolkata, India and ImPulsTanz danceWEB15 & 22. Her works have been shown at Judson Church NYC, Vienna Art Week, brut Vienna, DOCK 11 Berlin, Tanzfaktur Cologne, LABFrankfurt, PODIUM Esslingen Festival and Leipziger Jazztage at Schauspielhaus Leipzig. Naïma concentrates on the communication between dancers of different backgrounds and (jazz) musicians. Her work is based on polyrhythms & musical structures, replenished by sensuality and femininity. Naïma directs music videos, works as a dramaturg and curator and is regularly teaching her workshop OF(F) RHYTHM and leading the HEAR & NOW Play Session for dancers and (jazz) musicians in different cities and places such as TQW, MUK and ImPulsTanz. In 2024 Naïma was performer and co-composer for Naama Tsabar at the National Gallery Berlin - Hamburger Bahnhof during the Berlin Art Week. In 2026 she founded and curates the monthly Series MUSICAL BODIES at Jazz & Music club Porgy & Bess.
